Job Summary
What you will do
- Teach and mentor engineers to become next generation leaders
- Run small to mid-sized projects with minimal oversight from the Head of Engineering as a player-coach i.e. manager
- Balance quality, timelines and delivery of the projects
- Set a vision that others are excited to get behind
- Directly contribute to core interface design and writing code
- Advise leadership on technical considerations related to the success of Obvious Engineering
- Ensure pragmatism and perfection from your team and yourself
What you will need
- 2+ years of experience in iOS development, especially building different products or contributing to open-source libraries
- A strong technical background with experience in building and designing iOS applications
- Familiarity in working cross-functionally at all levels
