• Java based web application development. Should be well versed with frameworks like Struts, Spring MVC and Hibernate. Strong Database concepts and experience of working with MSSQL, Oracle databases. Good knowledge and hands on experience in JavaScript/JQuery.
• Additional exposure to Web Services / Integration technologies will definitely add value.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong status reporting and management of expectations.
• Experience on development effort estimation.
• Candidates will be required to co-ordinate directly with client for requirement gathering, project implementation.
• Should be well versed in agile development methodology.
• Extremely good analytical skills and learning ability
• Should be able to develop end to end solution independently as per the business requirement.
• Should be able to handle and guide Team size of 4-5 developers.
