What We Look For
We re looking for someone with strong hunting, analytical, and negotiation skills who can drive new business. As a Business Development Executive, you will work with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), advising them on the best solutions for their operations. You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Receive inbound leads, initiate contact, and qualify potential clients
- Customer Analysis: Understand the customer s needs, business challenges, and pain points
- Product Presentation: Demonstrate CRM software solutions, tailoring the presentation to the customer s unique requirements
- Sales Negotiation: Provide customized quotes, negotiate contract terms, and close deals
- Customer Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for customers as they begin using the solution
