What We Look For:
As a Business Support Analyst, you will bring a positive attitude and energy to support our current and potential customers, as well as collaborate with internal teams. Our goal is simple: keep our customers happy by solving their issues and providing high-quality service.
Your role will focus on helping users of our software by investigating their inquiries and providing the best possible solutions. When customers reach out through ticketing, live chat, or phone calls, you'll identify functional issues and dig deeper for solutions. If necessary, you will escalate complex issues to our Developers.
You will also closely collaborate with internal teams such as Consultants, Sales, and Developers. Essentially, you ll be the link between the end-users and Odoo, ensuring smooth communication and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in using Odoo Business Apps
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues by thorough investigation
- Engage with visitors and leads through live chat support
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Continuously improve the customer experience
- Contribute to product enhancements and documentation updates
- Participate in side projects like recruiting, onboarding new team members, and delivering training sessions
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar support or technical role
- Bachelor's or Master s degree
- Strong IT and business acumen
- Customer-oriented approach
- Self-driven and quick to learn
- Fluent in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and solution-focused mindset
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of business processes
- Technical knowledge (XML, Python, JavaScript)
