What We Look For

We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented individual with a positive attitude and dynamism. As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for helping users resolve their issues, investigating functional problems, and providing them with high-quality service. You will be the key link between our end-users and Odoo, ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to improving our product and documentation.

Working Model: Work from Office / Onsite

What You ll Do

  • Support: Assist customers with their use of Odoo Business Apps
  • Investigation: Troubleshoot and solve functional issues by investigating reported problems
  • Live Chat & Communication: Engage with visitors and leads via live chat and phone calls to provide assistance
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction and improve their experience with the product
  • Product Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of our product and documentation
  • Side Projects: Participate in recruitment, onboarding new colleagues, and training initiatives

What We Value in You

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Affinity for IT and Business processes
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and learn quickly
  • Fluent in English
  • A solution-oriented attitude

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Good knowledge of business processes
  • Technical knowledge (XML, Python, JavaScript)
