What We Look For

As an Implementation Consultant, you will work closely with clients to help them make the best use of Odoo Software. You'll analyze their needs, deliver personalized training, and provide ongoing support to ensure they get the most value from the system. You'll also play a key role in expanding our partner network by coaching and helping partners around the world implement Odoo in their client projects and become Odoo experts.

You ll need experience in implementation within domains such as manufacturing, accounting and finance, supply chain management, and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and suggest tailored solutions
• Guide customers through the entire delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live
• Negotiate required resources and timelines
• Train customers and partners to become Odoo Champions
• Provide first-line support for customers
• Support the sales team during pre-sale activities
• Provide feedback to the Product Owners

Must Have

• Bachelor s or Master s degree
• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in business/ERP applications
• Strong understanding of different business processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to learn quickly and execute efficiently
• Affinity with the IT world

Nice to Have

• Experience in management software implementation
• Mastery in product demonstrations
• Experience dealing with various industries and customer segments
• Autonomous, assertive, and proactive approach
• Ability to multitask
