Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table
• Focus on improving user experience across all products
• Analyze user behaviors to identify areas for improvement
• Write detailed specifications for new features and improvements
• Collaborate with developers to make technical decisions and define functional workflows
• Simplify complex problems into actionable solutions
• Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, including users, developers, CEO, and CTO
• Make quick, informed decisions to keep the product development moving
• Test the functionality of various use cases to ensure quality

Must-Have Skills

• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows
• Passion for software products and their continuous improvement

Nice-to-Have Skills

• In-depth business knowledge
• 1+ years of experience as a UX analyst
• Familiarity with different ERP systems
• Ability to make quick, smart decisions in a dynamic environment
• Strong ability to manage priorities and deadlines
