What We Look For
We re looking for fresh talent with strong analytical, hunting, and negotiation skills to join our dynamic Direct Sales team. As a Sales Business Advisor, you will engage with SMEs and help them find the best solutions for their business. You will take charge of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal, including customer onboarding.
Working Model: Work from Office / Onsite
What You ll Do
- Lead Management: Receive and qualify leads, initiate contact, and build relationships with potential clients
- Client Needs Analysis: Analyze customer needs, challenges, and pain points to present the most suitable solutions
- Product Demos: Present CRM software with tailored demonstrations based on customer requirements
- Quotation & Negotiation: Provide customized quotes and negotiate contract terms
- Customer Onboarding: Support customers through the onboarding process to ensure smooth adoption of solutions
