Designation: Design Engineer
Education:
Diploma in Plastic Mould Technology / Tool & Die Making from CIPET, IGTR, GTTC, NTTF, or CITD.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in Mould Design or Tool Room.
Job Location:
Viman Nagar, Pune

Job Responsibilities:
- Understand mould design concepts and processes.
- Design hot runner accessories and systems.
- Review and interpret customer mould data.
- Interact with customers to finalize system designs.
- Create 3D and 2D system designs.
- Deliver project files within customer timelines.
- Manage design revisions based on customer feedback.
- Schedule systems for production.
- Collaborate with the production team during system manufacturing.
Key Requirements:
- Basic understanding of injection moulding machines and processes.
- Knowledge of mould construction and basic mould design.
- Understanding of plastic engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with geometrical dimensions, tolerances, steel materials, and heat treatment processes.
Software Skills:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (or similar CAD software).
- Experience in 3D modelling and 2D drafting.
Technical Knowledge:
- Mould design and tooling expertise.
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication).
- General computer skills.
Personal Attributes:
- Precision, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills, with clear and professional written and verbal English.
