Sr. Designer - Piping Job in Offshore Engineering Design And Energy Consultants Pvt Ltd

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Equipment layout in 3D Draft Module.
• Piping Routing with respect to P&ID & PFD using 3D software.
• Equipment modeling in 3D software.
• Nozzle Orientation of Equipment.
• Data Consistency checking and resolution.
  
• Piping support modeling using MDS (Multi Discipline Support).
• ISO extraction, Clash checking and resolution.
• Preparation of Piping Plan, Key Plans and Plot Plan etc.
• Preparation & Issue of Equipment layout & Piping layout.
• Preparation of Piping Isometrics.
• Worked on support layout, Piping support.
• Preparation of P&ID s and Schematic drawing.
• Preparation of Material Take Off (MTO).
• Incorporation of Piping comments.
• Involved As-Building/CAF closing packages which includes Piping, Process, Mechanical, Piping Isometrics, Piping General Arrangement Drawings, P&ID, PFD and Equipment arrangement drawings and Piping plans etc.
• Re-issue Isometrics by incorporating comments.

Prefered Skill

• Minimum 10+years relevant experience in design and analyses of Subsea Pipelines in Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience in industry accepted Design/Analysis software packages for Pipeline Design
• Conversant with applicable DNV, ASME, BS, API and other relevant International Codes/Standards for subsea pipeline design and engineering.

Software Skill

• Expertise in AutoCAD, E3D or any 3D Software
