Job Summary

Primary purpose of the role
Responsible forresearch-based growing a brand s social and digital media presence by developing a content strategy, and engaging creative content ideas

Core Skills
The ability to think about clients problems with regards to the objectives to be achieved through Social Media and come up with creative concepts and copy.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Develop, implement, manage and optimise social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.

  • Creatively involved in end-to-end coordination and execution with the internal design team as well as third party vendors.

  • Define the most important social media KPIs and success metrics. Present monthly performance reports to management and clients.

  • Day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.

  • Coordinate with account management and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.

  • Identify opportunities and/or challenges in a business where social media can provide a solution, identifying the unmet needs and goals of the clients.

  • Strong focus on coming up with Innovative & Interactive Digital Media Campaigns & Ideas for the client.

  • Collaborating with the Business Development team to develop and propose value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.

  • Liaise with social media platforms directly to stay updated on new products and features. Stay up to date with social media trends.

  • Showcasing case studies internally within the Organization which might have / might not have been used by the client which could help in pitching a similar concept to other clients.

  • Develop relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience managing Social Media for various brands

  • Proficient with English and Hindi communication (written and spoken)

  • A writer, a thinker, a storyteller someone with a unique lens to look at the world and its actions

  • Good with presentation decks and pitching

  • Socio-politically informed and up to date with pop culture

  • An avid consumer of all kinds of content and a voracious, or at least a regular reader

  • Knowledge of basic design tools would be an added advantage (E.g. Canva)

  • Hands-on experience in various social media marketing tools would be an added advantage
