Job Summary

Objectives of this role:

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners; understanding their needs, and anticipating them in advance

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to expedite workflow

  • Manage expectations between brands & content creators/ influencers

  • Liaise between multiple stakeholders including client, creators/influencers

  • Stay current with social media platforms, pop-culture and industry trends

  • Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices

Everyday responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for the clients assigned

  • Plan and execute social media & content marketing campaigns as per its objectives and KPIs

  • Ability to measure and analyze effectiveness of campaigns

  • Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations

  • Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends

  • Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings

  • Occasionally research and assist with digital campaign development for new client pitches

  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities

  • Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors

  • Ensure timely contracting, and invoicing of clients, vendors and partners

  • Finance tracking, contracts and payments related responsibility

  • Turn a basic client briefs into social media ideas, always keeping newsworthiness and earned media at the heart of your ideas

Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in mass media/advertising/marketing or a related discipline

  • 1-2 years of experience at a digital marketing agency working on multiple brands across categories

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities

  • Ability to understand client needs, and negotiate costs and services

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and social media data analytics, with the aptitude to learn systems

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
