Job Responsibilities

• Implementing and improving existing frameworks and responsible to increase productivity.
• Design and architect complex, scalable web applications
• Develop and code business applications, multi-tiered web, and client-server applications using: C#, , XML, SQL, HTML5, JQuery, and Javascript
• Maintain and enhance existing applications
• Write and supervise the technical product documentation
• Technical design, mentoring, and implementation of best practices and processes
• Develop the software architecture based on the business requirements and constraints
• Ensure the efficiency of your team by giving them technical advice along the delivery process
• Responsible to deliver proof of concepts which validates technical choices
• Organize knowledge sharing and continuous learning
• For the recruitment process, be responsible to assess technical capabilities of candidates

Desired Skills / Experience

• 5+ years as a software architect/technical lead
• Strong experience working in all project life-cycles, in team
• Ability to mentor development staffs while implementing best practices and improving the development processes
• Creative/innovative: proposes system improvements and offers alternative solutions to the different problems that may appear and
• proactively seeks solutions to improve processes and applications
• Fluent in English
• Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET (MVC), C#, .Net Framework , Entity Framework, Windows OS and API's, Visual Studio, .Net core
• Proficiency with Web Services and Web Technologies
• Proficiency with continuous integration tools and techniques
• Very good knowledge of web development technologies: HTML5, JQuery, Javascript
• Very good knowledge of OOP and OOD, design patterns, n-tier applications, distributed applications, SOA
• Experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), WWF (Windows Workflow Foundation) and WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) is considered an advantage

Preferred Qualification

B. Tech. - (CS/ IT) or MCA
