Sr. Sales Executive Job in Onecity

The Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with customers, ensuring that all sales documents and agreements are completed before they are filed and updating the customer contact information as needed. We prefer the person should have the knowledge of sales of Website, IT, digital marketing & Mobile application.

Requirement

• Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in the same field with wide product knowledge of Websites, Digital Marketing & Mobile applications
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and regional languages
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Experience managing and directing a sales team
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must be attentive to customer s needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of sales standards and customer service routines
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Should have 2 wheeler with license.
