Summary:

The person will be responsible for managing the telesales team. His job is to train the sales tea, set sales targets, monitor team performance, implement sales strategies, cultivate relationship with the customers and handle customer complaints in an effective manner.

Description:

• He/She will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
• Looking for someone who has experience in Telesales background, especially in customer acquisition.
• Should have handled a team.
• Minimum 6 years of experience, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
