Description:

• Should have good comm. skills
• Min 2 years of experience in Telesales background
• Experienced in online payment collection from the customers over the phone
• Achieving Sales Target (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
• Customer Excellence Customer Sales & Service Etiquettes
• Process Excellence Adhering to the OJT, OPS & Quality Parameters
• Finance Excellence Ensuring proper follow-ups with the customers w.r.t payment confirmation

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor s or associate s degree a plus
