Hands on experience in end to end Excel (Exposure to macro is an added advantage).
Should have knowledge related to HR activities (Exposure to SAP / Statutory / Time and Attendance / Payroll / HRMS tool is an added advantage).
Should be an independent contributor and good in employeerelation/coordination.
Should have minimum 3 years of experience in HR field.
