Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Technical skillset:
Experience in Windows based application development
Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Willingness to build professional relationships with clients.
Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Good to have:
Experience in SQL (Dot Net) & Open-source (Linux).
Experience in similar role would be advantageous.
Experience in task management tools like JIRA.
Education : Any degree
Experience : 3 4 yrs.
Salary : upto 5 LPA
