- Bachelor's degree in electrical or power systems engineering, business or related discipline
- Experience and/or knowledge with EV charging and related technology
- Experience and/or knowledge in the EV installation/maintenance areas
- Proven success identifying and closing new business
- Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Proven ability to oversee a large program inclusive of technical teams and sales
- Customer-centric mindset, ability to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutions

- Exceptional interpersonal skills
