Finance Specialist Job in Open Access Technology International, Inc.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with A/R and AP
• Interacting with national and international customer base
• Working closely with intracompany departments
• Preparing customer invoices and statements
• Posting customer payments
• Reconcile customer accounts
• Assist with the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment; including coding invoices, matching purchase order, obtaining approval, and entering the invoices into the accounting system
• Receives, researches, and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons
• Assist in ad hoc projects as needed
• Assist with month end close

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum of associate s degree in accounting or finance
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under deadlines; sense of urgency and strong organizational skills
• Must have good PC skills, including strong internet navigation skills
• Must have good math skills
• Acceptable background investigation report
• U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
• Local to MN
