Job Summary

Creating, implementing, and measuring the success of:
- Comprehensive marketing programs that will enhance OATI s image and position within the marketplace.
- All organization marketing activities and materials including campaigns, client acquisition, etc.
Ensure articulation of OATI s desired image and position through marketing efforts.
Coordinate with other teams on OATI s media representation.
Develop, coordinate, and oversee programs, technical assistance, and resource materials to assist in the marketing activities.
Ensure that the organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity, as well as monitor trends.
Lead projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing.
Develop short and long-term plans for marketing and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence, and evaluate performance.
Keep up-to-date on developments in the field of marketing and use this information to help the organization operate with initiative and innovation.
Ensure documentation is in place for all marketing activities; review and update documentation as needed.
