The project specialist is responsible for evaluating, scheduling, and management of interrelated projects; coordinating project delivery and communicating project status to management; developing, maintaining, and tracking project plans; updating and modifying various project documents; and managing business variables like schedules, risks, issues, and resources for major projects. Project specialists also participate in and contribute to work-group meetings, and participate in project management training programs. Project specialists assist with change management issues as well.
Job responsibilities include:
- Provide support to project teams
- Participate in various solution project teams, providing support to the project team leader
- Actively support and drive project teams to meet challenging deadlines, track and monitor key project dates
- Manage, compile, and track data and documentation for specific projects
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in Business or related
- Master of Business Administration Degree preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to acquire new skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments
- Excellent teamwork, work independently, creative/good level of initiative, good sense of ownership
- Acceptable background investigation report
- U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
- Local to MN

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
