Position: Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)

Duration: Fulltime, Direct Hire

Location: Visakhapatnam, AP India (locals only)

Note: Remote until Covid, later on 100% onsite in our vizag office.Shift: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
NOTE: Only those who have previous experience in the US IT Staffing Industry will be considered.
Job Description:Need to have min 5 years hands on experience in US staffing with end to end recruiting process.Exceptional Sourcing & Shortlisting Skills of highly qualified candidates through the Various job Boards, LinkedIn and references. Proven Experience in Handling End to End Recruitment. Strong Experience in Hiring US Citizen's & Green Card holders. Good understanding about Tax Terms W2/1099/C2C. Technical Understanding with an ability to explain job requirements for technology roles. Should have good interpersonal skills, written and great communication skills. Strong Technical Understanding about the Technical Roles/Skills An aggressive team player, Self motivated & Starter. Excellent Communication & Written Skills.
