Job Summary

The opportunity: Researches, designs, develops, configures, integrates, tests, and maintains existing and new business applications and/or information systems solutions including databases through integration of technical and business requirements. Applications and infrastructure solutions include both 3rd party software and internally developed applications and infrastructure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis of business requirements, coding of modifications or new program, creation of documentation, testing and maintenance of applications, infrastructure, and information systems including database management systems. Works within the Information Technology function, obtaining resources and working in support of objectives and strategies. Provides required documentation and participates in architecture reviews to ensure that the solutions comply with standards and use approved technologies. You are great at: Participates as a member of development team. Performs basic analysis of functional or business requirements. Completes code stubs prepared by more senior developers. Participates in code review. Prepares and executes Unit tests. Applies advanced technical knowledge to maintain a technology area (e.g. Database Administration). May perform solution design. Applies the company and 3rd party technologies to infrastructure and software solutions of moderate complexity. Implements end- user or enterprise infrastructure or services prepared by more senior technologist. Typically, a technical bachelor s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years of related experience or a master s degree and up to two years of experience. What it takes: Conversant with NAM solutions and comfortable to work on the following: Work with the other Systems Engineers in the support of NetIQ Access Manager, Active Directory and eDirectory Gather business requirements for creation of SAML and maintenance of Single Sign On requirements, knowledge of Java Scripting skills would be preferred to this role. Configured policies for password complexity, enabling organization level Multi Factor Authentication, using NAM or any other Access Management tool. Provide day-to-day system administration support to assigned systems. Manage, develop (as needed), test and implement new SSO deployments of systems. Maintain system documentation (such as As-Built documents for each application) Establish and monitor User Identity lifecycle. Provide on-call support for the systems administration group according to the on-call schedule. Familiarity/ working experience with any one of the following is preferred: IAM Tools : NetIQ NAM or Okta IDaaS, Okta Access Gateway, Oracle Access Manager , PingFederate PAM Tool : NetIQ PAM (Privileged Access Manager) or any other PAM service Directory Service : Active Directory or eDirectory SSO Protocols: OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, WS-Fed, RADIUS, SWA. Experience with LDAP, iManager, iMonitor, or ConsoleOne Experience with eDirectory Schema Excellent written, verbal communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service skills A proven team player with strong interpersonal skills that has a track record of following directions and company policies.
