Associate Product Manager Job in Opk E Services

Summary:

The Associate Product Manager provides assistance in collecting quantitative product data and metrics, synthesizing customer research, gathering requirements, and coordinating with stakeholders. The APM will work closely between the technology and business teams to produce products from inception to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Define product feature development s and enhancements
• Project Management: Manages the complete lifecycle of data projects ensuring adherence to timeline, scope, and priorities.
• Perform quality assurance controls on products
• Coordinate with the engineering teams to deliver functional solutions
• Conduct research to identify product needs and market gaps
• Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines
• Liaise with other departments to ensure proper adoption of new products
• Monitor product usage after launching
• Create support and training documents for internal and external users
• Participate in system configuration
• Analyze competition

Requirements:

• Previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager, Technical Product Manager or similar role
• Experience with the entire product lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with data technologies (i.e. SQL, Amazon S3)
• Strong technical aptitude
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello
• Familiarity with market research, consumers behavior, and marketing techniques
• Strong time management skills
• Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Experience

• At least 6-10 years of experience in a position of Associate Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role

Education

• BSc in Business Administration or related field
