Process Incharge Email Data Handling Job in Opk E Services

Job Overview

This position is project-based, rather than task-oriented, and requires a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously, while still understanding the needs of the company and respective teams. Position requires team handling skills and abilities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the email-able database and develop a strategy to focus on the customer in order to retain options
• Data management, including schema creation, integration of new data sources, and consolidation of data for specific campaign requirements and business-side usage
• Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real-time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
• Play a key liaison role during technology implementation, providing direction, requirements, and testing new and enhanced capabilities, prior to release into production. Test run all possible scenarios for failure
• Develop and own the services that are critical to the success of our email clients, including platform configuration, data feeds, SQL queries, and other various components needed to run complex automated email campaigns.
• As one of our email platform subject matter experts, provide remarkable support to our clients and internal teams by working through issues in a timely and efficient manner and coming up with ways to prevent issues from recurring.
• Must have a good knowledge of marketing strategies and knowledge of different marketing tools with experience.
• Must have scripting knowledge to be used for adding personalized content.
• Optimization of processing time and data processing through queries.
• Develops standards and policies for data entry, and ensures compliance.
• Prepares written materials for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing processes
• Manage team s workload and output
• Ensure all SOP s and protocols are adhered to by the team
• Collaborate with mailing teams to ensure all the requests are completed at the earliest.

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate highly detailed technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Are extremely proactive and highly organized, with the ability to work on multiple, complex projects and issues.
• Have Bachelor s degree in computer science or comparable technical field, with knowledge of SQL queries.
• Should be a good and smart learner and can work independently on new queries as per requirement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on database and spreadsheet applications.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to varied roles and job responsibilities and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

• At least more than 4-7 year of experience in database management
• Strong programming skills with querying languages: SQL

Education:BCA or MCA, or similar discipline, digital marketing certification
