Receiving and reviewing applications, calling candidates, check candidate s availability, managing interviews and tests and creating shortlist of candidates for the client. Requesting references and checking the suitability of applications before submitting their details to the client. Briefing the candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
