OpsRamp Technical Publication Team requires Senior to join the documentation team at Hyderabad, India. Mandatory Skills / Qualification

• 5-8 years experience as a technical writer in product-based software companies
• Expertise in using GitHub for technical documentation
• Good Working knowledge of Markdown/CSS/XML
• Expert in Structured Writing
• Hands on withcomplete documentation life cycle, including publishing and maintenance
  
• Experience in writing modular and topic-based documentation
• Experience of working in fast-paced agile environment
• Experience on anyCMS
  
• Proven experience of working independently within a team
• Experience in planning and implementing documentation initiatives

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with project teams to create and maintain quality documentation
• Handle multiple tasks / features / projects simultaneously
• Manage and plan work without much assistance
• Address content gaps according to customer feedback
• Help documentation team with peer reviews and other suggestions
• Master the use of issue-tracking-tool (JIRA)
• Use Analytics to improve customer satisfaction
• Help in social media engagement with customers
  
• Working with a global team and engage proactively with subject matter experts

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or an arts or language field
• Certificate in Technical Writing Course (Desired)
