Senior Quality Engineer Automation Job in Opteamix

Job Responsibilities Design, create and maintain automated test cases and determine priority for the test cases and create execution plans to implement these scenarios. Participate in Agile working practices such as daily scrum meetings, spring planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives. Maintain automated regression suites/packages to be compliant with changing requirements and features. Understand business objectives and build alignment and buy-in cross-functionally. Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into manual and/or automatable scenarios. Work with various frameworks like TestNG / Cucumber / BDD Perform API testing using tools like SOAP UI etc Meet the deadlines as per commitments without negotiating on quality. Requirements Good understanding of Testing concepts and Agile methodology Good knowledge and experience in API and database testing (SQL) Experience in Automation (Selenium with Java and BDD framework is preferred) Bring innovation to individual assignments by finding ways to be efficient and effective. Be a team player. Be open and offer help to team members and gradually grow to handle a small team of up to 3 members. Communicate with customers and gradually grow as a single point of contact for the project.
