Job Summary
  • Good Knowledge on Networking Layers, OSI layers.
  • Working and Troubleshooting on routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF & Static route.
  • Configuration of VLANs, RSTP, MSTP, IGMP, SNMP.
  • Work in tandem with L2 / L3 to resolve escalated issues.
  • Knowledge of Fibre Optic Network.
  • Online support to client,Testing of networking devices.
  • Assembly line testing of products manufactured.
  • Demonstrate ability to understand and use of appropriate methods, tools and applications having rational and organised approach to work.
  • To provide 1st level support and taking ownership of Incident and Problem cases.
  • Visiting customer site and understanding customer requirement and configuring the devices.
  • Conduct POC on various CISCO and Juniper devices.
  • Taking Secure meeting session to support customer in trouble shooting network issues.
  • Responsible for the uptime of the various client projects being managed/monitored.
  • Ensure that the tickets raised per shift are closed as per SLA and if not escalate as per the escalation Matrix defined.
  • Energetic & self-motivated & team player.
  • Goal achievers & positive thinking.
  • Should have good communication & Comprehension skill.
  • CCNA certified.
  • Diploma in Hardware.
  • Language Known:English, Hindi and Local Language
  • Travel Requirements:90% in house, Only when trained completely after a year he can go on field to gain more knowledge.
  • Additional Comments:Thorough Knowledge of ISP/Hardware/ Networking and TELCOs.
