Job Description
Job Summary:

Coordinate with sales team for Order placement, Quotations sharing and Stock update.

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeline as per inhouse software system.

Ensure adherence to Company policies.

Coordinate with concerned department according to close the Sales Order.

Maintain MIS sales person wise, region wise etc.
Skills required:

The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines

Expert in MIS

Good communication skill verbal as well as written

Knowledge in Advance excel (Vlookup , Pivot , Formulas , shortcuts)
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Understanding the company s overall sales strategy and plan daily routine task and month end task to value add to companies goals.
Implementation:
- Order Punching and taking necessary approvals.
- MIS maintaining.
- Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and delivered on time.
- Responding to sales quires via phone, e-mail and in writing.
Skill Set:
Attitudinal:
- Dedicated and committed attitude towards achieving goals.
- Disciplined, punctual and well mannered.
- Desire to outperform in professional areas.
Functional:
- Basic IT Networking Knowledge.
- Knowledge in Advance excel (Vlookup, Pivot, Formulas, shortcuts).
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Language Known: English, Hindi
- Travel Requirements:None, however travelling within Optilink Mumbai office s will be a part of profile.
