Mandatory qualifications:

  • Proven work experience of a minimum of 3 years in the Talent Acquisition division.
  • Hiring experience in information technology services or electronics.
  • Excellent understanding of different profiles related to web, mobile, cloud, and data analytics development.
  • Ability to understand various backgrounds and environments a candidate comes from.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

Education:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources or relevant field.

Candidates knowledge in:

Optimized Solution (OSL) is currently seeking a talent acquisition professional responsible for the full recruitment life cycle starting from understanding requirements from internal team members, candidate sourcing, prospecting, candidate screening, interviewing, negotiations, candidate submission, and offer letter release, joining to onboarding.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Headhunting - Identifying and approaching suitable candidates by call, email, job portals, social media channels, forums, networking events, job fairs, and other channels.
  • Screen candidates with a comprehensive questionnaire prepared with the assistance of the interviewer by determining selection criteria.
  • Preparing CVs with the assistance of the interviewer and correspondence to be forward to the interviewer regarding suitable applicants.
  • Using candidate databases to match the right person to the vacancy.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates using standardized screening techniques
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements.
  • Coordinate with manager and interviewer to speed up candidate processing.
  • Process candidates by following a strictly defined recruitment process.
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and see the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
  • Create a monthly-quarterly-annual bifurcated report of the achievement and forecast.
  • Lead Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Actively work towards building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
