Job Title: Junior Laravel Developer

We are looking for passionate and skilled Junior Laravel Developers who have a solid understanding of building scalable, secure, and efficient systems using the Laravel framework. In this role, you ll work alongside an experienced and qualified team, where you ll have the opportunity to share your knowledge, gain valuable experience, and grow your technical expertise.

Primary Objectives:

• Strong understanding of PHP programming language.

• Proficiency in SQL databases, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Solid understanding of the Laravel framework.

• Complete training and demos provided by senior team members and team leads.

• Strong problem-solving attitude.

• Clear understanding of core OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) concepts.

• Collaborate effectively with team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Focus on improving back-end development skills.

• Actively seek guidance and support from senior team members, especially if you're a fresher.

• Follow best practices in SQL database management and logic development.

• Coordinate with team members to meet development goals and timelines.

Technical Skills You Should Have:

• Strong logical thinking and development skills.

• Time management and task management skills.

• Relationship management skills with both colleagues and clients.

• Ability to explain your work and development processes to team members.

• Proficient in PHP and its frameworks, particularly Laravel.

• Familiarity with web development tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, StackOverflow, etc.

• Competent in using IDE tools like vsCode, PhpStorm, and Chrome.

• Strong knowledge of SQL databases, MySQL Workbench, WAMP server, and local development environments.

• Strong debugging skills for code troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, B.Tech (CSE/IT), M.Tech (CSE/IT), B.E. (CE/IT), M.E. (CE/IT), or a related field.

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in PHP, Laravel, and backend development.
