Test Automation Engineer Job in Optimus Information

Optimus is looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our team in India. We provide flexibility to team members to work from a place of their choice. Since it is a remote work based opportunity, you should have proper infrastructure at your place of work.

Roles and responsibilities

• Good Selenium resource with Java experience
  
• Should have hands-on experience in Page Object Model
  
• Should have experience in Agile Methodologies
  
• Experience in TestNG is highly preferred
  
• Good to have experience in JUnit
  
• Expertise in debugging code and exception handling
  
• Good English communication skill
  
• Understand requirements and create test cases and test scripts
  
• Able to suggest the test strategy
  
• Participate in daily scrum calls
  
• Write technical and summary reports that present results to management
  
• Manage deliverables & provide reports
  
• Ability to debug issues and analyze the logs
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  
• Generate technical documents
  

Requirements

Qualification and Educational requirements

• Computer Science/ EC degree
  
• Great troubleshooting ability
  
• 2-3 years of total software experience
  
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
