Job Summary
- Having hands on implementation experience in the following D365/CRM modules:
- Sales Module
- Marketing
- Field Service
- Customer Service
- Lead and participate in business process reviews.
- 3-4 full life cycle implementation covering above modules.
- Should be good in documenting the requirement, creating FDD, design document, test cases and user manuals.
- Resources should have excellent communication skills.
- US client handling is an added advantage.
