Reporting & Responsibility:

The role will report directly to the CTO/CIO. Primary responsibility is to be a solutions architect and manage technology and releases for AWS Tech Modernisation initiatives of enterprises.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Primary skills:

  • Cloud Java, JavaScript, etc.,
  • Mobility React Native, Android, IOS, PLSQL etc.,
  • Worked on at least one Tech modernization project for an enterprise client Cloud Migration / Monolithic to Microservices/legacy modernization on AWS.
  • Experience in one of the agile methodologies Spotify Agile or Safe Agile or Scrum.

Required Skillsets:

  • Sound Exposure & In-depth Knowledge of architectural design patterns, performance tuning, database and functional designs.
  • Hands-on experience in Service Oriented Architecture.
  • Hands-on Experience in designing high level and low-level documents is a plus
  • Good understanding of SDLC is a pre-requisite.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
  • Must have the ability to learn new technologies rapidly and work collaboratively.
  • Outline the goals for research and development.
  • Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all product requirements.
  • Acting as a mentor to the tech team members.
  • Managing technology budgets and time frames.
  • Driving and planning sprints and ensuring a high-tech team velocity.
  • Staying on top of technology trends and developments.
  • Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Primary role would be to provide best fit architectural solutions for one or more projects.
  • Provide technology consultation and assist in defining scope and sizing of work.
  • Implement solutions, create technology differentiation, and leverage partner technologies.
  • Key contributor & leadership within the area of technology specialization and in compliance with guidelines and policies.
  • Assign tasks to engineers & to gauge progress of various projects.
  • Create reports to give updates on projects & be a liaison to the Director s & CEO.

  • Any relevant Degree.
  • Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes
  • Problem solving abilities, Strategic thinking, Leadership, Teambuilding & Mentoring skills
  • Ability to collaborate with many other teams & to create a set of qualifications for a new product.
  • Interpersonal skills to manage a team on engineers.
  • Ability to give constructive criticism & to make decisions quickly.
  • Organizational, planning, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.
