Roles & Responsibilities:

• Reviewing MSA/SoW/NDA
• Reviewing any other documentation works of the company
• Maintaining database regarding all agreements
• Working on the templates of the agreement
• Learning and implementing new legal concepts in India
• Learning and implementing legal procedures of foreign entities

Key Skills required:

• Excellent Communication skill
• Experienced in documents/MSA reviews
• Experienced in Collections and Revenue department
• Experience in Tally will be preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
• High level of accuracy.
• Strong time management skills.
• Should have basic knowledge of system and documents filing.
• Capable of learning new concepts and skills
