Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Development:

• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in an Object-Oriented Programming language (Java, JavaScript, C#, or Python).
• Design solutions to address complex business requirements and re-architect existing systems to accommodate growth.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work effectively with development teams, product management, and UX to deliver innovative new features while maintaining existing ERP functionality.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering continuous growth within the team.
• Lead technical discussions, offering guidance and proposing solutions for system and product enhancements.

System Design & Architecture:

• Design and build mid-scale systems focused on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ensure high-quality standards.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Design automation for unit, functional, performance, and scalability testing to ensure the robustness of new features.

Continuous Improvement:

• Propose and implement new functionalities, and validate existing features to maintain high-quality standards.
• Provide technical expertise in distributed systems and web applications to guide team decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of software development experience with strong technical decision-making capabilities.
• 5+ years of experience in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• 5+ years of SQL database experience, particularly in database-driven applications.
• In-depth understanding of modern web applications, including both front-end and back-end technologies.

Skills & Expertise:

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on system design, performance, and scalability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and achieve shared goals.

Additional Assets:

• ERP Systems Experience: Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite SuiteScript, is a plus.
• Distributed Systems: Experience in building distributed web applications with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
