Full Stack Developer - Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Oracle SQL, Java/J2EE, SOAP, and REST web services to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in both front-end and back-end technologies and be comfortable working in a collaborative environment. Knowledge of DevOps, Microservices, and cloud technologies is a plus. The developer will contribute to product implementation and support, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Back-end Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Java/J2EE.
  • Experience with SOAP and REST-based web services.

Front-end Skills:

  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML.

Testing and Tools:

  • Familiar with JUnit, JMeter, Eclipse, GIT, Jira, Ant, and Unix Shell scripting.

Additional Knowledge:

  • Exposure to OBIEE, BIP.
  • Experience with DevOps, Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes is an advantage.

Middleware and Security:

  • Familiar with application servers like WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss.
  • Knowledge of middleware concepts (e.g., JMS, MQ, OSB).
  • Understanding of security concepts (e.g., PKI, SSO, SAML).

Deployment & Cloud:

  • Good understanding of container deployment and cloud technology.

SDLC & Process Knowledge:

  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
  • Familiar with Design/Code reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development & Delivery:

  • Design, develop, and deliver software solutions.
  • Contribute independently to product implementation and support efforts.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Interaction:

  • Work closely with developers, designers, business analysts, and system analysts.
  • Engage with banks and partners for the delivery of Oracle deliverables.

Adherence to Oracle Processes:

  • Follow Oracle s internal processes for development and delivery.

Innovation & Problem-Solving:

  • Proactively identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks.

UI/UX Design:

  • Assist with the use of tools for storyboarding, UI prototyping, and screen mock-ups.
