Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle SQL Developer with a strong background in software development, data modeling, and database optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and analytical functions, with specific knowledge of FLEXCUBE. You will be responsible for writing optimized queries, stored procedures, and packages while ensuring high performance in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements from functional teams and estimate development efforts for assigned functions.
• Develop functionalities based on Agile/Water-Scrum-Fall methodology.
• Write optimized queries and packages that ensure high performance and scalability.
• Perform peer reviews of code written by other developers to ensure quality.
• Assist in defect fixes during System Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Non-Regression Testing.
• Contribute to the enhancement of existing design/code to improve flexibility and scalability.
• Assist during Go-Live to ensure smooth deployment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on coding and design skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, with a focus on analytical functions and data modeling.
• Extensive knowledge of FLEXCUBE.
• Expertise in query optimization for high-volume environments.
• Experience in the banking domain.
• Strong experience in writing and fine-tuning Oracle queries, stored procedures, and packages for performance.
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies as needed for the project.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies.
