What will you get to do? Organize and execute On Ground Activations and offline BTL Marketing Campaigns in different societies or residential areas. Identify potential locations for On Ground Activations and offline BTL Marketing Campaigns and coordinate with the society/residential association for the same Innovating new methods to reach consumers in Bangalore (offline and online), Assisting in creation of Brand Marketing Plans and managing end-to-end execution of the same Plan and execute promotional activities to increase footfall at offline BTL Marketing Campaigns Managing and Execution of all Marketing Campaigns to drive Sales Assisting the BTL Manager in day-to-day marketing operations Follow up with our customers and generate leads for our diagnostic services Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies and tactics to promote our diagnostic services Create and maintain a database of potential customers Generate reports and analyse data to measure the success of marketing activities Spreading Orange Health's vision and value proposition amongst our target audiences. Metrics for the Role: Timely execution of On Ground activations Manage end-end marketing strategies. Skills we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent organisational and planning skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in organising events and promotional activities is a plus Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus If you have a passion for marketing and a desire to make a difference in the healthcare industry, we want to hear from you.
