Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead business development and marketing efforts for our power cords and wire harness product lines. The ideal candidate will have in-depth industry knowledge and a strong track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in power cord and wire harness markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, OEMs, and distributors
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) to enhance product visibility
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
  • Handle technical customer queries and provide detailed product information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with operational capabilities
  • Meet sales targets and report regularly on progress and forecasts

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in power cords and wire harnesses
  • Sound understanding of electrical products and applications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in both B2B sales and marketing campaign management
  • Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
