Job Summary

Planning and Projecting production forecast for all seasons.
Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.
Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
Forcaste maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
Montior and Control electricity, plant & machinery wear & tear
Maintains quality products by sysyematic procedures & plans
Enforce health and safety precautions inside the facility
Ensure timely renewal & liasoning of all legal documents
