Must Have Qualifications & Skills: Proven track record of performing in a similar role including managing a team of sales support / CRM operations analysts 3+ years of experience in sales operations/CRM administration as a subject matter expert with proficiency in a Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM environment, system admin, creating reports/dashboards, system adoption/governance, training new hires and process automation/improvements Microsoft Dynamics365 administrator certification Microsoft Dynamics365 developer certification a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field. MBA in a technical / business related area (preferred) Advanced Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
