Job Summary

Overview; Invoicing/Billing Specialist will be responsible for creating invoices, maintaining timesheets reports for all clients, Knowledge of basic Revenue recognition will be a plus. Previous experience required; experience with NetSuite would be added advantage. The ideal candidate will have strong customer skills, related clerical and bookkeeping skills as well as a strong attention to detail. Excellent computer and customer service skills are required. This position requires the ability to work as a team, to multitask and to adapt to changes. Accountability Responsible for creating invoices in the Accounting System. Responsible for maintaining timesheets and follow up with consultants Assist with journal entries and adjusting journal entries to accuracy Assist with Revenue recognition Account reconciliation with customer Work closely with the AR team to help improve overall processes, driving efficiency and improvement/monitoring of internal controls Ability to learn multiple positions and can help as needed with quarter and year end postings Responsible for basic accounting principles of General Ledger records Other duties as assigned Competencies 4-5 years Experience in US Staffing Accounting or related field basic understanding of ASC 606/ IAS 15/ IndAS 115 Excellent communication skills Experience on NetSuite will be added advantage Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Must be highly organized and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively working with changing priorities throughout the day or week A solid work ethic and commitment to job responsibilities
