Job Summary
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute various projects across city and central levels
- Optimisation of processes across teams to improve efficiency and drive growth.
- Provide regular feedback to your team (peers and managers) to ensure continuous improvement
- Identify metrics and inputs across growth, user experience and economics and unlock teams to achieve goals
- Manage hiring and P&L for your region/city
- Managing Growth Funnels and Conversions; identifying user cohorts that Oro can own and run ground activities for user engagement
- Work with founding team to understand org goals and create bottom up plans to achieve them
