Area Business Manager Job in Orra Jewellery

JOB PROFILE:

• Would be responsible for meeting sales targets for his region.
• Would be responsible for handling BTL activity for the region.
• Must possess the ability to drive a team of Showroom Managers to deliver Sales targets and effect sales promotions and tie-ups.
• Must have insights regarding Retail Jewellery Market.
• Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area
• Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to regional head.
• Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
• Initiating exhibitions and events in the assigned area
• Having good analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of Jewellery industry and product.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Grad/Post-Grad with a Diploma in, with excellent sales skills.
• Prior experience of 4-6 of handling area sales (jewellery industry) is preferable.
