Sales Executive: Individual Contributor Job in Orra Jewellery

Job Description:

• Greeting and welcoming the customers.
• Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
• Answering customers queries regarding the product.
• Achieving sales targets.
• Cross-sell, Up-sell products.
• Initiating Local Area Activities (LAA) and Exhibitions.
• Tele calling and regular follow up with customers.
• Inform customers about discounts and special on-going offers.
• Stay up-to-date with new products / services and schemes.

Candidate profile:

• Pleasant personality, H.S.C./ Graduates who are comfortable with front office and outdoor sales and who are fluent in English and regional language.
• Prior sales experience is preferable but enthusiastic freshers are also welcome.
