Job Description

• The incumbent will be responsible for achievement of sales for the showroom.
• Efficient Showroom Operation.
• Achieving individual sales target.
• Managing a team of sales professionals to meet set targets & adherence to SOPs.
• Developing store strategies to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.

Candidate profile:

• Grad/Post-Grad with a Diploma in Marketing.
• Fluent in English and regional language with the ability to drive sales.
• Prior sales / showroom management experience in jewellery industry of 8 to 10 years is essential.
