Business Development Executive Job in Ourfood

Objective / Purpose : Recruit suitable farmers / appoint farmer franchisees in given geographical location, issue bank loans, set up processing facilities & start producing processed food

Achieve Organizational Targets on Farmer Franchisee Network Expansion including appointing New Farmer Franchisees, disbursing Loans & Setting up of Processing Facilities

Manage a team of 10-15 BDA s & BDI s: Monitor, motivate &report on their day to day functions to senior management

Build contacts with potential Farmer Entrepreneurs, Famer producing organizations, NGO s &Government Organizations to create new businessopportunities

Goal setting andexecution for his territory, incl his team goals

Collect & maintain an updated prospective client database, incl hot / cold prospects

Engage with the concerned Government employee/agencies

Ensure his team is update with knowledge of all product and service offerings of thecompany

Must Possess proven Leadership Skills& Team management from the past experience.

Must have a good knowledge of Indian Agriculture.

Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel & PPT.
